We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• Maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers
• Visiting potential customers(real estate companies) to onboard them on the company website
• Providing customers with product benefit,features and the pricing structure
• Negotiating property agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information
• Providing feedback on future buying trends
• Representing the company for product presentation ,launch and event
• Used MS PowerPoint to revise/make slide shows for meetings about company product and service.
• Manage sales territory by setting appointments with customers(Real Estate business) per week and making follow-up calls.
• Perform cold calling to generate new customers Offered product solutions to real estate companies.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Sell land,rent apartment ,shops,houses to buyers.
• Work with with real estate companies to meet their revenue and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Real Estate Management.
• 1-2 years experience is an added advantage.
• Professional certification in sales and marketing is a +.
• Female( age 20 -30) must not be above 30 years of age
