We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Review the project plans and specifications and provide recommendation on the project design, scheduling, cost savings and potential construction problems.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Review potential risk associated to projects and make recommendations.
• Develop and review scope of work and ensure all design and production meet clients expectation.
• Supervise installations at client’s location.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.SC/HND or its equivalent in a social science course (Architecture and Building Technology will be an added advantage).

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 Year Experience in a similar capacity (candidates who have interior design industry experience are advised to apply).
