Job Title: Administrative Executive

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This role is only for candidates in Abuja, Nigeria
  • Appointment management and general business support duties
  • Client relationship management
  • Attending to complaints and questions, resolving them and referring to other units as the need arises
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring the front desk area is clean and professionally managed
  • Managing company enquiry email and telephone and escalating issues to the appropriate unit
  • Managing all company social media and professional platforms
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Manage office documents and filling
  • General Office Administrative duties
  • Manage business travel and accommodations
  • Content creation
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, Projects specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
