Job Title: Sales and Growth Strategist

Job Description

  • We are for a seasoned Sales and Growth Strategist who will restore drive and channel direction. He / She will be responsible for analysing and interpreting market trends , positioning Majeurs and progressively increasing convertion ratio of prospects to clients  
  • The chosen Strategist must possess a track record of implementing successful customer acquisition campaigns with a Strong affinity for understanding target audiences, needs and sales management processes.
  • He / She will manage all aspects of the marketing automation process and be the owner of the marketing to sales hand-off.
  • Know our customers. Conduct business and customer analysis to support marketing strategy. Lead special projects that test new marketing & creative approaches.
  • Collaborate across teams to support enterprise lead generation campaigns through email marketing, social media posts etc.
  • Analyze content effectiveness by leveraging web metrics and gauging performance of tactics
  • Contribute ideas to help identify ways to develop our customer evangelists.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a Degree in Marketing or Business Management with over 6 years post NYSC experience in driving Sales and implementing growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Working experience with luxury brands is a must.
