Job Title: Digital Sales Media Manager

Summary

• They require the services of a self-motivated and results-driven Digital Media Sales Manager to drive business development and manage our organization's business activities whilst developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and meet overall growth objectives.
• Support the team and vendors in launching timely campaigns.
• Responsible for directing sales processes to generate revenue
• Plan and execute all digital marketing databases (email, social media, and display of advertising campaigns).
• Conduct market research, trends, customer and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Supervise all digital business activities, enhance the organization’s efficiency and image.
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Train low-level managers and staff.
• Evaluate performance and productivity.
• Generate reports and give presentations.

Person Specification

• Degree in Business Management or MSc in Business Administration.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing and sales
• Superior knowledge of digital business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Relationship and client management skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.

Salary
N180,000 monthly.
