Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Specific Requirements

• B.Arch / M.Sc in Architecture with a minimum of 7 years experience on the job.
• Registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is an added advantage.
• Registered member of Architects Registration Council of Nigerian (ARCON) is an added advantage.
• Strong design skills.

Requirements:

• AutoCAD/Revit/3-D application.
• Computer literacy.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Suit programs including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Telecoms building systems and basic specifications.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and policies necessary in the design process.
• Knowledge of contract documents and procedure.
• Must be HSE Certified.
• Should Have Advanced project management training certification
