Job Title: Social Media Manager

Role Overview

• We require an experienced Social Media Handler who will be responsible for the handling of the brand social media pages such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
• This individual will set brand targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• This role is for individuals who are passionate about personal and professional growth.

Requirements
In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to have:

• Proven experience in Social Media management.
• Ability to adapt content to suit different channels i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to develop and implement a routine to generate, edit publish/share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Attend workshops and conferences when requested
• Manage correspondence by answering emails and phone calls
• A firm understanding of marketing principles
• Ability to collaborate with other teams like marketing sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Ability to form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Ability to analyse competitor activity
• Ability to manage a budget for social media activities
• Ability to form a key relationship with influencers across the social media platform
• Oversee social media accounts design (website timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Ability to communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
