Requirements

  • Post Graduate Degree (MBA/ Masters) with 15 years of Experience.
  • Proven Sales Track Record with high-value transactions and High Net worth Individuals (HNIs).
  • Proven Track Record of New Business Development & Leadership.
  • People Leadership & Performance Management.
  • Experience with people leadership & influence, strategic thinking and Planning.
  • Proven experience with Sales strategies.
  • Up-to-Date Knowledge of Local & International Business Ecosystem,
  • Ability to Build and Drive a High-Performance Sales Team.
  • Proactive & Visionary Leadership in a Fast-Changing Environment.
  • Product & Service Knowledge.
