We are looking for exceptional candidates with cognate experience, male age between 35years to 45years, married and have the ability to drive to fill the following roles that will be reporting directly to the Managing Director/CEO:

Minimum Requirements (Key responsibilities/Qualifications/Competencies)
- B.Sc/HND and possibly with an MBA possession of relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years work experience out of which at least half must have been spent in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company.
- He must also be a self-starter that can work without supervision.
- He will have responsibility for planning developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/ practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development as well as performance Management.
