Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a Loan Recovery Officer to assist with the collection of outstanding debts. The collections officer will contact clients and inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments are made as soon as possible.
- You may also be required to institute legal action when payments are not made.
Responsibilities
- Make Calls to defaulting customers on their loan repayments
- Negotiate repayment schedules and plan
- Send Email and SMS reminders to customers about their overdue loans
- Evaluate and recommend approvals of loans
- Advise borrowers on financial status and repayment plans
- Ensure full recovery of loans as at when due
- Attend to other issues as assigned by the unit’s head.
Qualifications
The Ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of OND in any Business related field
- Must have excellent communication skills, customer service, marketing skills, and data analysis skills.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office packages proficiently
- Ethical behavior
- Must be open to working on weekends when required.
- Attention to details.
