Job Title: Customer Experience Management Personnel

Description

  • We are looking for a Customer Experience Management Personnel with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.
  • As the CEMP, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Direct customers to online resources
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Pitch ideas for improving customer care
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
  • Participate in team-building activities
  • Develop a rapport with customers
  • Encourage customers to complete surveys
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Skills

  • B.Sc. / B.A Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or any other related field.
  • Must be experienced in CRM software’s such as but not limited to Salesforce, Pipedrive, ZohoCRM, Hubspots etc.
  • Previous experience in an office or call center
  • Must have at least one year customer service experience
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong Customer Relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Salary
NGN50,000 - NGN70,000 monthly.
