Responsibilities
- Monitoring repairs and maintenance of flats and responding to clients complaints.
- Making sure properties are being used for their intended purpose and that service charges are paid by clients as at when due.
- Carrying out statutory inspections.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- HND Diploma or Degree in the Estate Management or Law or Town Planning and Building, or related disciplines with at least 3-5 years working experience in a structured environment and must be tactful, diplomatic.
