Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Summary

• We are look for and IT Support Officer who will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required

Experience, Skills and Competencies

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND / OND
• 2-5 years experience as an IT Support Officer
• A technical, logical thought process
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to think logically
• A good memory of how software and operating systems work
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
• The ability to work well in a team
• Problem-solving skills
