Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • Our client is recruiting to hire a highly organized administrative officer to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff.
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisition of new equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Creating reports and memos.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Offer other assistanceas requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in a relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1 - 3 years of experience is required for this position.
  • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • The ideal candidate should be between 20 - 30 years.
  • Candidate must reside close to Lagos Island (Obalende, Ikoyi, CMS, V.I. etc). Proximity to the office (Ikoyi) is very important because of the nature of the work.
  • Preferred candidate must have Integrity, Passionate, Smart, Healthy, Resilient, Hardworking and must exhibit broad and wide Thinking skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
