Job Title: Sales Representative (Bukka Unit)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an SSCE qualification
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience.

Requirements:

  • Negotiation Skills - Even if you offer the most ridiculously cheap price, customers would still negotiate so you have to know how to give them a price that would fall below the designated price of products even after negotiations.
  • Customer Relationship Management Skills - The ability to manage customers’ expectations is key. We are in this business not only to meet but exceed customers’ expectations. There may be bad days. You must own the skill to pamper customers and retain them.
  • Territory Knowledge - Familiarity with the designated area is very key to locating and marketing within the locality. You must live or be well familiar with at least one of these locations: Lagos Island, Yaba, Surulere, Ikeja, Festac, Alaba, Oshodi, Egbeda, Sango, Ketu, Ikorodu.
  • Yoruba Language - The ability to speak/understand Yoruba is also key as this will help the sales agent to relate well with the customer niche. 
  • Diligence and Tenacity - This quality cannot be overemphasized as this is what makes the sales agent win in the long run. customers may already have existing alternatives. It will only take tenacity and consistency to have a share of their supply and eventually be their sole supplier.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • The ability to read, write and speak the English Language is required.
  • Effective communication, feedback and reporting skills are required.
  • Sociable - Target Driven.

Salary

  • N60,000 - N100,000 monthly.
