Job Title: Project Control Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Review and approve POs and PRs of the MS Project.
  • Apply for cash advances, data and fuel, salary increment also control the cost of the project.
  • Purchase consumables and Manage spares for Project.
  • Prepare and share customer and internal reports (Daily/weekly/Monthly).
  • Maintain name list of project resources, Management of Project Work Hours/times for all resources on the project.
  • Follow on OWS/tools issues, collect customer requirement, and follow internally to close them.
  • Assist the project team in completing key tasks. Like DG overhaul, BUB procurement etc.
  • Assist project PD in handling tasks assigned by PD like Organize team activities, customer hospitality/teambuilding management etc.
  • Follow up the team on signing the acceptance document from customer and ensure team must signed all required acceptance documents before the due date.
  • Push for closure of PO’s which does not happen in time and sign the NSF in our internal for the PO which we get, connect it with sub-project in ISDP system to publish it.
  • Quarterly self-check/Audit of Site acceptance, review of PM, review of change standardization rate etc. (total 7 item for every project).
  • Audit and check of “SPR self-check”, check all the SPR (Special Purchase request) submitted in own project.
  • Be responsible for the Risk management.
  • Be responsible for the Requirement management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT etc. with Management position experience or trainings.
  • 5 years of experience including Telecom and management level.
  • Experience of working as PCM will be preferred.
  • Experience of Telecom field specially maintenance project experience, Having HW MS Project experience will be preferred.
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.
  • Strong leadership, team and project management skills and experience with a variety of telecom projects.
  • International work and multi project experience is desired.
  • English and an additional language (either Chinese or local language)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
