Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Aggressive, well-spoken, goal-oriented individuals are required to be part of a well-trained and well-motivated Business Development Team of a service-oriented company.
• With flexible working hours and clearly mapped out daily activities, the team work is bound to be both exciting and extremely rewarding.

Main Duties

• Lead the Customer drive for the facilities assigned
• Continuously Craft and execute strategies for Increasing Patronage and Customer Retention
• Execute Customer drive for the facilities assigned
• Participate and Support in Crafting and Executing Strategies for Increasing Patronage and Customer Retention

General Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any field.
• Demonstrable Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry
• Clear Strategy and Plan for Business Development
• Visible Inclinations towards Marketing and Goal-Oriented Mindset
• Certifications will be added advantage.
• Fire and Drive for Marketing and Goal-Oriented Mindset.

Experience:

• Business Development Officer: Minimum of two years' experience in Marketing / Business Development.
• Business Development Manager: Minimum of four years' experience in Marketing / Business Development.
