Qualifications / Requirements

• BSc / HND in Engineering or any related field with more than 3 years experience in sales engineering, technical support, or sales support roles.
• Applicant should possess good negotiation and marketing skills, high proficiency with PPT, Excel and basic knowledge of P and L Management
• He / She should be organized, and be able to eliminate all sales obstacles through creative adaptive approaches

Job Competency Requirements:

• Ability to sell the company products and services
• Ability to support marketing by attending and delivering technical presentations explaining all company’s offerings to existing and prospective customers at trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Ability to create strategic partnerships that will be profitable to the company
• Ability to collaborate with other units to understand customer requirements and provide sales support when needed
• Ability to brainstorm with teammates on new market penetration strategies.
• Ability to recommend improved tested products and services to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase system performance
• Ability to assist in researching and introducing new and improved products to Management.
