Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos

Job Description
- Conduct audit of maintenance and workshop operations for quality review
- Fabrication and Interpretation of Metal , Steel and Aluminium breakdown
- Manage team's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee housekeeping and availability of workshop tools and equipment.
- Oversee maintenance across multiple maintenance teams.
- Oversee on-the-road recovery for bus breakdowns.
- Oversee the work of contractors to ensure safety as well as operating and quality standards are met.
- Perform on-the-job coaching to team members.
- Performance other related functions required in the workshop.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: OND
- Exprience: 3 years.
Salary
N600,000 - N720,000 Annually.
