Myrtle Management Consultants Limited - Our client is a specialty chemical and fluid management and engineering solutions company, supplying key chemicals and production solutions to a wide range of customers operating in the downstream oil and gas, automotive and industrial sectors in Africa.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Sales Executive

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • They are a market leader in designing, formulating, and producing oilfield chemicals for production and completions applications.
  • With a focus on delivering differentiated chemical technologies to drive performance.
  • They support customers and projects in 5 deep-water assets in Nigeria. To deliver on these commitments and acquire future businesses, they are seeking to hire an experienced  Sales Executive in Lagos, Nigeria. Preferred candidates should reside within and around the Isolo axis of Lagos.

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Scheduling orders for delivery
  • Preparing relevant export documentation
  • Preparing invoices for wholesale customers
  • Handling B2B and B2C customer enquiries
  • Maintaining a well-organised stock room
  • Delivering a high-level of customer service
  • Selling and upselling products
  •  Helping the management team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • The successful candidate will have prior experience in either B2B or B2C customer service and have strong administration skills. You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to pick up systems.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years, quota-carrying, sales experience preferrable in the banking, insurance or other financial services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA / BS Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience within sales in the banking and finance industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing
  • Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to successfully drive revenue via scaled selling across various designs and styles.
