Job Title: HR and Admin Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Duties
- Initiate the new recruits checklist and process in a timely manner by executing the Pre-boarding, On-boarding and off-boarding forms..
- Recruitment/Selection/Redeployments strategies for maximized use of personnel, discipline/ monitoring, managing of staff PAYROLL and review processes.
- Managing employee’s relations, talent management, performance and annual appraisals, compensation & benefits.
- Ensure regulatory compliance; organize/manage training of personnel.
- Issuing of Staff Identity Card upon resumption/Staff Identity Card update records Mgt.
- Coordination and conduction of interview and recruitment process for all SMC branches.
- Training of staff (induction and on the job training), Appraisal and confirmation of staffs.
- Coordination and management of branches Leave Calendar with allowance, Training Calendar.
- Guarantor verification Exercise of New Hires
- Create personal files for all new recruits and ensure that all documents are present and completed.
- Notify the IT Department about new hire by creating an official email address and access to wisebank if necessary.
- Send out character reference letter to the former employers of new recruits and certificates background checks to the institution attended.
- Organize staff training sessions, workshop and other relevant activities.
- Prepare the Bank re-imbursement claim for Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
Requirements
- Possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
- Must have 5-8 years working experience as a HR & Admin manager.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional Certification will be an add-on.
