Eatwell is a retailer of a wide variety of raw, and value-added meats, seafood, fruits, and vegetables. Our products include wholesale and retail size cuts of beef, lamb and pork, diverse poultry items such as chicken, duck, quail and wide selection of seafood to include fish, crabs, calamari, and octopus.

Semi processed items like burger patties, meat balls, sausages, pre-marinated kebabs, are also offered, alongside ready to eat snacks. Our lean meat and superfoods section for the health conscious is supported with our in house food advisory staff. We offer convenience across all our sales channels and you can experience this by either walking into our store or shopping via any of our shopping channels.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced dynamic and motivated candidate to engage as Sales and marketing manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work with external consultants to develop implement and monitor all sales and marketing plans, to include traditional methods, Digital online and direct marketing.
  • To work with the General Manager and other stake holders to develop and implement inhouse promos, new and innovative ideas for products and services and generally enhance customer satisfaction.
  • To supervise and support external sales agents and partner sales outlets

Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in sales and marketing with the least three years being in a middle to senior management position in a structured organization.

Pre Requisites:

  • Complete grasp and knowledge of. Social media, digital marketing and traditional marketing media to include print, electronic and outdoor.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Outgoing, Dynamic, friendly and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to institute, develop and implement programs unsupervised.
  • Note that apart from this specific role, the candidate shall be a part of senior management, and as such will be required to possess strategic and analytical thinking skills.
