Job Title: HR / Practice Coordinator

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an intelligent, hardworking and resilient individual to join its team as a HR / Practice Coordinator.

Duties
The ideal candidate will be required to work under the supervision and direction of the Principal Counsel to carry out the following duties:

  • Human resource matters
  • Supervise records relating to appointments, promotions, commendations, salary reviews, leaves etc.
  • Act also as compliance officer with regard to deadlines in court processes, correspondence, client interviews etc.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Degree in Social Sciences (minimum of 2.1)
  • Diploma in Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management would be an added advantage
  • Evidence of sound knowledge of English language including proof of great interest in literary works
  • Experience as Practice Manager in a law firm not mandatory but would be an added advantage.
