Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Description

• The Customer Care Officer is the first point of contact of an organization thus, He/she is expected to be hospitable.

Job Role

• Answer all incoming calls and redirect where necessary.
• Address basic customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments.
• Direct Prospect/Customers to appropriate department.
• Securing parcels, receive letters, packages: treat and distribute them accordingly.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary or forward request to appropriate department.
• Take up other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Public Relation, Business / Public Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation.
