Job Title: Customer Service / Administrative Officer

Job Description
- Our client needs a good and hardworking Customer Service / Admin person that also looks at growing with a company like theirs.
- He/She should be smart and intelligent and must have a can-do spirit, be self-motivated, and be career-driven.
Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders on the telephone and via email
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Inform customers about the prices, discounts, and billing processes.
- Process customer orders on time and in a timely manner.
- Check stock availability.
- Appraise customers on alternative products when the required item is not available.
- Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.
- Coordinate with sales and other appropriate departments in processing orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Interact with Accounts Receivables team regarding payments.
- Maintain and update customers’ databases.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
