Aideplanet Limited - Our client is a Startup organization in Ifako-Ijaye, they are an Educational company producing textbooks for Nursery and Primary schools in Nigeria.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Administrative Officer

Location: Ifako Ijaye, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Our client needs a good and hardworking Customer Service / Admin person that also looks at growing with a company like theirs.
  • He/She should be smart and intelligent and must have a can-do spirit, be self-motivated, and be career-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer orders on the telephone and via email
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Inform customers about the prices, discounts, and billing processes.
  • Process customer orders on time and in a timely manner.
  • Check stock availability.
  • Appraise customers on alternative products when the required item is not available.
  • Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.
  • Coordinate with sales and other appropriate departments in processing orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Interact with Accounts Receivables team regarding payments.
  • Maintain and update customers’ databases.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
