Description

• We are recruiting for an experienced innovative, deadline-driven Mechatronics engineer to join our team.
• The Mechatronics engineer will be expected to develop new products and prototypes, design and test mechanical and electronics systems, improve existing mechanical systems, build robotic solutions that improve manufacturing quality, quantity and productivity among othe

Job Role

• Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices
• Conducting research, documenting findings and presenting reports at meetings
• Developing design documents and identifying areas of weakness in the production for mechanical parts and final products and making recommendations for improvement
• Understanding problems or client briefs and developing solutions that satisfy them
• Assisting with onboarding and training of junior Engineers or Apprentice.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in related fields
• A completed apprenticeship or additional courses would be advantageous
• Strong mathematical, analytical and creative thinking skills
• Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes, engineering codes and safety standards
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a team or alone.
