Job Description

Responsibilities
As a OTC Trading Operations Manager, you'll need to:

  • Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads;
  • Execute trades in close collaboration with the trading desk;
  • Researching on market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space;
  • Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements;
  • Proposing new crypto institutional offerings;
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with institutional clients, keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.
  • Work closely in a cross-functional team environment coordinating with multiple team leads to utilize resources in delivering the OTC needs
  • Work closely with Head of OTC operations to define and develop detailed product and business requirements
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
  • Influence product and technology strategy and direction (roadmap), and product and user experience decision-making
  • Manage engagement with internal and external parties
  • Evangelize the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organization
  • Actively prioritize product backlog , pre planning, prioritization and user story mapping sessions
  • Develop product documentation including specifications, wireframes, site-maps, and process flows.
  • Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes to scope, timelines and resources.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience working in asset management/ stock broking/ crypto
  • Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
  • Able to deal as a hybrid between manager and different divisions such as marketing, sales, customer support, compliance accounting
  • A proactive results driven person
  • Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
  • Able to help with day to day operations for their manager
  • Time-management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.
