Responsibilities
As a OTC Trading Operations Manager, you'll need to:
- Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads;
- Execute trades in close collaboration with the trading desk;
- Researching on market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space;
- Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements;
- Proposing new crypto institutional offerings;
- Maintaining ongoing contact with institutional clients, keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.
- Work closely in a cross-functional team environment coordinating with multiple team leads to utilize resources in delivering the OTC needs
- Work closely with Head of OTC operations to define and develop detailed product and business requirements
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
- Influence product and technology strategy and direction (roadmap), and product and user experience decision-making
- Manage engagement with internal and external parties
- Evangelize the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organization
- Actively prioritize product backlog , pre planning, prioritization and user story mapping sessions
- Develop product documentation including specifications, wireframes, site-maps, and process flows.
- Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes to scope, timelines and resources.
Requirements
- 3 years experience working in asset management/ stock broking/ crypto
- Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
- Able to deal as a hybrid between manager and different divisions such as marketing, sales, customer support, compliance accounting
- A proactive results driven person
- Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
- Able to help with day to day operations for their manager
- Time-management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.
