Job Description
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available.
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
- Demonstrates products and service deemed necessary by client and Management.
- Schedules appointments and meeting as necessary.
- Answer questions from clients, inquiries and complaints.
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
- Analyzes and create a plan for engaging the target market.
- Makes product appeal to the target market.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Organizing and overseeing advertising/ communication campaigns (social medias, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Train other sales people in the art of selling.
- Set up booths at trade show and demonstrate the quality of our products.
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meet sales deadline.
- Must make all necessary client information available sales records when required. Including but not limited to receipts, form and client ID.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4 years experience.
- Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
- Knowledge of modern market techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sale.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good project management skill.
- Excellent interaction skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
