Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Location: Lagos Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Basic Function
- The Technical analyst will be the focal point for all technical interactions with the Customer in Nigeria (Africa), while liaise with all support and functional groups as required to facilitate new business opportunities for the Company through the attraction of new clients
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build client’s interest in the service and product offered by the company through presentation and demonstration
- Work closely with the channel partners/ development team/ Programmer team to focus on providing technical solution that meets client’s needs
- Sensitize customers to use product/tools by conducting training and workshops
- Manage customer requests and enquires, ensuring issues are appropriately, accurately and promptly resolved through on-site support and escalation to channel partner
- Follow-up/Health check on active potential customers and after successful subscription or presentation/meeting
- Work with the Technical services team in accomplishing the business objectives
- Contribute to team’s effort in all assigned duties other then the above listed in achieving the company’s set goals and objectives
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: B.Sc in Sciences, Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years
- Work location for role – Lekki Phase 1 Lagos
