Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Yaba - Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
• Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of SSCE, OND, HND and B.Sc.
• At least 1 year work experience.
• Living in Surulere, Yaba or its environments
• Motorcycle driver licenses.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
• Familiarity with relevant routes.
• Ability to communicate, read and write.
• Organizational and ability to work under pressure
• Polite and able to get along with people.
