Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Title: Retail Marketing Officer

Job Description

• Responsible for identifying, creating, and maximizing all marketing opportunities to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Working closely with the Managing Director and cross functionals, the retail marketing officer will collaborate and communicate the 360° marketing strategy to ensure products and launches align with the overarching brand strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in financial advisory service, wealth management or similar role.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of retail financial and banking products.
• Understanding of prospecting and coming up with solutions to onboard and convert large-scale customer relationships.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to express technical ideas to a non-technical audience.
• A Self-starter with an analytical mindset and ambition for a successful career in financial services.
• Must possess strong Microsoft office skills (. e.g., reports, email, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.).
• Numbers-savvy and very detail-oriented.
• Experience delivering on targets, deposit mobilization, reporting and presentation skills.
