Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Airport, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage and lead the Real Estate branch.
  • Providing training and ongoing coaching on the job
  • Lead the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Sets up procedures for the sales associates.
  • Uses networks social media, and personal networks to sell the Company's properties
  • Liaise with the immediate Company’s Head Quarters.
  • Sets budgets and targets, as well as hold meetings with the board of directors and consultants, to keep all parties informed of developments.
  • Oversees sales leads.
  • Helps sales associates to close sales.
  • Supervises the team’s customer interaction to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Evaluate the team members’ performances.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Keeps abreast of ongoing business in the agency.
  • Liaises with contractors for the latest properties on the market for business development.
  • Keeps informed of the latest trends and demands in the real estate market.
  • Prepares the appropriate paperwork required for specific real estate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Management Degree or similar relevant qualification will be considered.
  • Digital marketing knowledge will be a plus.

Experience:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in real estate and in managing people.
