We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Customer Experience Officer

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and developing marketing campaignson the company’s Instagram and WhatsApp platform
• Overseeing campaigns on social media.
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
• Researching and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
• Taking orders across from the company’s social media platforms
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Conducting market research to identify new ways to reach the company’s target market
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicating with customers through various channels(including store walk-ins)
• Communicating and coordinating with production and accounts team to ensure customers orders are processed

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage but not as important as the a deep sense of ownership.
• Passion for the business.
• Ability and willingness to learn, assuming added responsibilities with confidence and exemplifying a strong & positive attitude.

Salary
N45,000 - N55,000 / Month.
