Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Ogun
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions centered on employees across the different stores of the company.
- Coordinating with the Store/Business Manager on managing issues of performance.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by the employees.
- Managing employee records and payroll data for all employees.
- Conducting orientation, training, and development programs for new hires.
- Crafting job requirements and descriptions for all positions in the stores.
- Oversee reference and background checks for new staff members.
- Coordinate and facilitate the communication of information and update about the company to all employees.
- Identifies staff needs about performance problems, and training options and make recommendations accordingly.
- Work with heads of departments to design appropriate training and development programs for staff.
- Address employee conflicts & grievances and complete investigations as required.
- Ensure good working tools are provided to employees.
- Coordinate the issue of Shift, Rota and Leave among the employees.
- Document correspondence about promotion, redeployment, disciplinary action, etc. in employee’s file
- Any other responsibility assigned to you by the MD.
Requirements
- BSc. in Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management or related courses.
- Must have at least a professional certificate.
- Must have minimum of 7 years’ experience as HR Manager in a well-structured environment.
- Most Preferable Female
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
