Job Title: Administrative / Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Shangisha - Magodo, Lagos

Functions
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Assists in HR /Admin Functions
- Any other functions that may be assigned.
Specifications
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Arts / Secretarial Studies, Social Sciences and allied disciplines.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Secretary /Personal Assistant in a coroprate setting
- Computer skills are essential. Good knowlegde of excel is important
- Candidates must be calm, organized, knowledgeable, peaceful, very intellegent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Succesful candidates should be able to resume immediately.
Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
