Job Title: Business Process Specialist / Advisor

Location: Lagos mainland, Lagos

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design business processes in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Work as a liaison with stakeholders to facilitate the understanding and expected outcomes of the multiple stakeholders for key corporate initiatives, assisting the business to envision the future while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Establish, cultivate and nurture strong working relationships with various stakeholders to ensure that the value of process review services is understood and recognized as a valued business option.
  • Identifies opportunities for future business development and expansion.
  • Facilitate development of desired business outcomes by conducting process reviews, gathering, validating and communicating requirements.
  • Provide expertise, guidance, recommendations and leading stakeholders to a common focus and optimizing efficiency.
  • Works with operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess process improvement opportunities.
  • Identifies the needs and facilitates the implementation of enhancements that utilize best practices to streamline processes, drives organizational behavior and enhances user and/or customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of cognate in business process improvement experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Communication, Sales, Administration, Information Technology, Marketing and Branding, HR and Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid understanding of mainstream project management methodologies;
  • Experience working with varying level of stakeholders and within tight timeframes.
  • Experience facilitating and documenting business requirements and/or performing and documenting process reviews.
  • Candidates should not be more than 45 years old.
