Job Title: Health Records Officer II
Location: Ogun State
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Records/Health Information Management or A Degree in Health Records Administration/Health Information Management or Biostatic from a recognized University plus evidence of completion of or exemption from NYSC.
- In addition, candidates must be registered with the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN) and licensed to Practice.
Remuneration
Salary: CONHESS 07 Step 2 - (N992,51 2.00) per annum
Conditions of Service:
These are similar to those obtainable in the Federal Public Service and Federal Tertiary Health Institutions in Nigeria.
