Job Title: Operations Manager (App Team)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for communication with third-party partners and operators.
- Responsible for market research and data collection.
- Communicate to solve all problems of the responsible scenarios.
- Optimize the UI and functions of the scenes in charge.
- Complete the temporary needs of Beijing students.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
- 2 - 4 years experience in an Application development team.
- Has the capacity to function as a Team Lead.
- Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.
- Strong Excel skill is a must.
- Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
- Problem-solving skills.
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
Remuneration
- Basic Pay: N150,000 monthly.
- Performance Bonus: N100,000.
