Job Summary
- We are in need of a Smart Female Administrative Assistant in a leading fashion company who will provide support in managing daily tasks and other duties and is focused on achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Attend to customers online and offline,
- Take enquires and channel to the right sources
- Upload products on company sales channel websites and social media pages
- Take product picture
- Maintaining supplies
- Greet prospective and existing clients in a professional manner and provide visitors or clients relevant information needed by the clients.
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate source
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / Diploma qualification
- 1 - 2 years of work experience.
Skills and Requirements:
- Organizational skills
- Time-management skill
- Problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use the computer well
- Working knowledge of MS- Word and Excel
- Know how to communicate via email
- Must reside in Festac /Amuwo-Odofin environs.
