Job Title: Administrative Service Manager
Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Accounting, Marketing, Banking and Finance or any related field.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Prior experience using accounting and bookkeeping softwares.
- Ability to set goals and deadlines for administrative department.
- Ability to develop, manage, and monitor records.
- Recommend procedures to improve operations, such as changing what supplies are kept or how to improve recordkeeping.
- Ability to monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations.
