Job Description

• Our client is seeking to hire a Business Development Executive, who is passionate about marketing. The individual will be responsible for assisting the organization obtain better brand recognition, develop sales, business and financial growth strategy.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Identify opportunity for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to increase in sales of company’s services.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms with client and communicate with management.
• Gather useful information for customers and competitors data.
• Make presentations to prospective clients and internal management.
• Seek opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell to existing client.
• Prepare daily or weekly report on marketing activities.
• Resolve customer’s complaint quickly and effectively.
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Develop and implement advertising, public relations, and promotional programs on all digital platforms.
• Assist with training teammates on understanding policies, pay procedures, and benefits.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree / HND, OND in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1 - 3 years work experience in marketing or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Experience setting sales goals and managing sales performance.
• Result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Must posses an outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal and external).
• Ability to analyse data and establish appropriate action plans.

Salary
Very attractive plus commission
