Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Coordination of activities with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Reports, studies, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments, among other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on strategy enhancements and new initiatives.
• Conducting a review of building designs and establishing quantity requirements.
• Conducting a thorough examination of maintenance and material expenses, as well as contracts, to guarantee that the best prices are obtained.
• Keeping track of goods and ordering additional supplies as needed.
• Maintaining records of design revisions and budget updates.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or a closely related field is required.
• Experience with construction estimating or finance is advantageous.
• Constructive knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and bargaining abilities.
• Capacity for organisation, planning, and strategizing.
• Ability to think analytically and critically.
• Prior experience in a comparable job of at least five years
• Effective leadership abilities
