Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Courier and Logistics)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Oyo & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies across the territories
• You will be placed on a sales target.
• You will be asked to monitor other sales Staff in some territory and report back to the Head of Sales.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
• Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
• You will be required to uplift the regional sales volume.
• Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND / MBA
• 3 - 5 years in a logistics and Courier industry 
• Must have worked as regional Heads in a courier/Logistics company.
