Job Title: Cosmetics Marketing Executive

Location: Edo

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Be knowledgeable about the product.
• Plan and execute product marketing strategy to drive sales of all products both offline and online.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
• Answer questions about the products.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Cross-sell products.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked.
• Manage returns of merchandise.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with new products / services.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Open to Male and Female.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
