Job Title: Sales / Procurement Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated procurement officer to help procure goods and ensure goods purchased are cost effective and cost efficient.

Procurement Officer Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of purchasing department in all branches
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly records/reports
• Preparing plans for the purchase of goods
• Sourcing and Procurement of products
• Act as relief officer from time to time
• Supervising staff
• Maintaining accurate records of goods
• Reviewing, analyzing and approving purchase of goods
• Maintain good supplier relations and negotiating contracts

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Minimum of 1 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS office packages
• Excellent communication skills
• Good inter personal relationship
• Excellent Leadership skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skill
• Time management and organizational skills.
