Job Requirements
- First Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Post Graduate Degree (MBA/ Masters) is an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should have approximately 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of business development & leadership.
- He/she will oversee and lead the installation business, ensuring that staff and 3rd party installers uphold service excellence standards on all projects.
- Experience in the interior design industry
- Experience in Installation or Similar Business.
- Quantity Surveying experience or technical knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Resource and Project Management.
- Great Communicator with Multiple Stakeholders.
- Business Planning & Organizational Performance Management.
- Attention to detail & an unwavering commitment to excellence.
