We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Estate / Site Supervisor
Location: Ojo, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating site work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

- Ordering materials and supplies
- Preparing schedules, work progress, production and other reports
- Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers
- Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
- Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
- Perform any other task as may be assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
