Requirements
- A good Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Bankers or any relevant professional qualification
- Over 15 years cognate experience in Branch Bank Management
- Be proficient in Computer usage
- Must be a team leader with a high level of integrity that can introduce sound service strategies
- Must have strong skills in business development
- Experience in Micro-finance Banking will be an added advantage
