Job Title: Order Processor / Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Review daily shipment log.
- Input orders into company system.
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.
- Track shipments and update master list.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
- Communicate delivery updates with sales team.
- Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND
- 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Data entry experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule.
