Job Description
Recuitment and Human Resources:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Support in managing Human Resources records and information.
• Participate in recruitment projects including onboarding
• Assist in the organization of training programs
• Support outsourcing activities

Marketing and Sales:

• Identifying and recommend new business opportunities
• Strengthen LEAD ESC’s brand and raising its profile in the ‘market place’
• Support in building an integrated creative and messaging strategy for LEAD ESC‘s brand, that can be utilized across multiple markets
• Develop the digital and social media strategies in line with new technologies and trends

Administration:

• Support the effective administration of day to day office operations in LEAD ESC

Requirements / Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
